Xopero Software is acquiring Vigil Guard, a Polish company developing an AIDR (AI Detection and Response) platform designed to monitor and secure interactions with artificial intelligence systems.
Vigil Guard technology helps detect prompt injection attacks, control AI agent activity, and reduce the risk of sensitive data being exposed to language models. The acquisition expands Xopero’s existing portfolio of backup, Disaster Recovery, and DevOps protection solutions into the areas of AI Security and AI Governance.
